Founded amidst the pandemic by flutist Taya König-Tarasevich and cellist Bartolomeo Dandolo Marchesi, this ensemble swiftly attracted the most talented next-generation baroque musicians, earning a reputation as one of the world's foremost ensembles.
Through collaborations with scientists, sound engineers, filmmakers, and innovative marketers, the ensemble has developed a distinctive mode of communication, reaching diverse global audiences. Verita creatively transforms lesser-known gems of baroque architecture, such as castles, into immersive pavilions.
Following their debut album, The German Album, the ensemble presents the second album of the series: The Italian Album. Featuring a repertoire of baroque compositions by Corelli, Vivaldi, Albinoni, and Galuppi, Verita invites listeners on a captivating journey through time. The album is once again concluded by a specially commissioned neo-baroque piece from one of their composers in residence, Nicola Canzano.
