The 2 cello concertos are very different. The Concerto No. 1 is rather popular. Many composers, including Shostakovich and Rachmaninoff, considered this concerto to be the greatest of all cello concertos.

The 2nd Concerto never became very popular, probably because it is very difficult to play (as the composer himself already admitted)

The Suite and the Allegro Passionata were originally composed for Cello and Piano but later on orchestrated by Saint-Saëns
